Sonic the Hedgehog for the PlayStation 3 is a 3D platformer with Sonic bent on saving the world from the nefarious Dr. Eggman, aka Dr. Robotnik.
The game combines both 3D and 2D elements, twisting you back and forth as you zip through environments from various angles.
The focus is speed and momentum-based gameplay, where you to blaze through levels, loop-de-loops, and corkscrews at breakneck speeds.
