The Golden Compass for the PlayStation 3 is an action-adventure game based where you play as Lyra Belacqua on a journey in a parallel universe filled with mystery, magic and danger.
Set in a world where people's souls take on the form of animal companions known as daemons, follow Lyra as you navigate a richly detailed alternate reality.
Lyra possesses a device called an alethiometer, which enables her to communicate with spirits and decipher hidden messages.
The game features a combination of exploration, puzzle-solving and combat.
